China Aster Single Mix is a colorful old-fashioned annual that produces cheerful, daisy-like flowers in a beautiful mixture of colors. Planting Tips:

Start seeds indoors approximately 6–8 weeks before the last expected frost or direct sow outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Cover seeds lightly with soil and keep evenly moist until germination.

Transplant or thin seedlings to approximately 8–12 inches apart. China Asters grow best in fertile, well-drained soil with consistent moisture and good air circulation. Avoid planting China Asters in the same garden location year after year to help reduce the risk of soil-borne disease.

For a longer flowering season, remove spent blooms regularly. Flowers can also be cut frequently for bouquets, encouraging plants to continue producing new blooms.
