Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed in a protective bubble mailer and shipped via USPS with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that can be viewed in your order confirmation and on your order page, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak gardening seasons, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be longer.

Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order within the United States. FREE shipping is available on U.S. orders of $35 or more.

Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with USPS tracking. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we'll be happy to help you work with USPS to locate your package.
