How to Grow America Spinach from Seed
Planting Depth: ½ inch
Seed Spacing: 3–4 inches
Row Spacing: 12–18 inches
Germination Time: 7–14 days
Days to Harvest: 40–50 days

Planting Tips:
America Spinach grows best during the cool temperatures of spring and fall. Direct sow seeds outdoors in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked, or plant again in late summer for a fall harvest.
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil and keep evenly moist during germination and growth. Spinach prefers cool conditions and may begin to bolt as temperatures rise.
Harvest young leaves for tender salads or allow plants to mature for larger cooking greens. Pick the outer leaves as needed while leaving the center of the plant intact for additional growth.
For an extended harvest, sow additional seeds every 1–2 weeks during cool growing weather.
🌱 Great for containers, raised beds, patios, and small-space gardens.
Container Size: Use a container at least 5–7 inches deep with good drainage.
