Cheap Seeds FAQ | Seed Quality, Shipping & Ordering

Why are your seeds so affordable?
We keep prices low by using simple packaging and selling directly through our website — not by cutting corners on seed quality.

Are these seeds old?
No. Seeds are packed for the current or upcoming growing seasons and stored properly.

Are your seeds heirloom?
Yes. All seeds are heirloom or open-pollinated unless clearly noted. No GMOs.

How many seeds are in each packet?
Seed counts vary by variety and are listed on each product page whenever possible.

Why don’t your packets look fancy?
We use simple, clearly labeled packets instead of glossy printed envelopes. This keeps costs down and waste low — so more of your money goes toward the seeds.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $7.99 anywhere in the U.S. Your order is carefully packed in a protective bubble mailer and includes USPS tracking. We also offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $25.

How can I get the best results from my seeds?
We pack viable seeds that are properly stored and intended for planting. Our affordable prices come from simple packaging and selling directly through our website, not from selling old or inferior seed. Like all seeds, germination can be affected by the variety, planting depth, soil temperature, moisture, weather, and other growing conditions. For the best results, follow the planting information provided for the variety you’re growing.

Where are you located?
